The Green Spa and Wellness Center (“Green Spa”) provides online gift certificates subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing a gift certificate on our website, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please carefully review and understand them before proceeding with your purchase.

Gift Certificate Policy – New York State Disclosure
Gift certificates issued by Green Spa New York / Wellness Space are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with New York State law.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
We honor all valid gift certificates for services and products, however, appointments are subject to availability and limited daily redemption volume. We recommend booking in advance.
Lost or stolen certificates may be reissued with proof of purchase.

* Use of Multiple Certificates:
* Multiple gift certificates can be used for a single purchase.
