Balance Yourself with Chakra yoga

Based on the traditional Indian practices of Ayurveda and yoga, these classes will offer a systematic tour through the chakra system through physical, spiritual and mental exercises. We will be focusing on a different chakra every week and then seeing to integrate them.

These yoga classes will aim not merely at fitness but also at wellness, moving through the five koshas, or modalities of activity within yoga.

This class is open to students of every level, suitable for skeptics and enthusiasts alike. This is a unique way to work your body while nurturing your relationship with yourself.
