Mama & Shanti Baby Yoga

Wednesdays at noon (newborns – 2 years)

This fun class incorporates yoga, breathing, singing, smiling, snuggling, laughing and cooing that leaves mom and baby feeling happy and peaceful. Not only do moms work on getting their bodies back in shape after the physical stresses of pregnancy, but moms and dads also learn techniques for helping their newborns to develop large and fine motor skills, help stimulate their minds and internal organs and overall bond with their new babies! And don’t forget the social aspect of being with other new moms in your own neighborhood to share experiences, questions and the trials of motherhood.
